Narrative:
Trim problem on takeoff. Aircraft lifted early nose-up; [so I] applied power to overcome; reduced power [and] attempted to land. [At] touchdown on runway; [the aircraft] turned to port (left) [and the] port main gear collapsed. No injury to anyone on board. [I] believe [there was a] mechanical problem with trim.

Title: A TBM6 trim malfunction caused the aircraft to lift off early and as the pilot attempted to immediately land the aircraft turned left causing the left gear to collapse.
