Narrative:

After conducting 4 touch and go's, a simulated engine out procedure was being conducted, and gear was not placed in down position during approach. No gear warning horn was heard by either pilot. Neither pilot aware of gear up condition until propeller caught runway. Too late to initiate go around. Aircraft landed gear up. No injuries to either party.
