Narrative:

On departure from zurich to comply with noise abatement, I started a right turn at 3200' to 3300' MSL, instead of 3500' MSL as stated on zurich SID zurich east november. No comment was made by ATC (tower). Flight was late and up against airport curfew and departure over noise sensitive area. In retrospect, I should have continued to next turning point and taken a noise violation.

Narrative: ON DEP FROM ZURICH TO COMPLY WITH NOISE ABATEMENT, I STARTED A RIGHT TURN AT 3200' TO 3300' MSL, INSTEAD OF 3500' MSL AS STATED ON ZURICH SID ZURICH E NOVEMBER. NO COMMENT WAS MADE BY ATC (TWR). FLT WAS LATE AND UP AGAINST ARPT CURFEW AND DEP OVER NOISE SENSITIVE AREA. IN RETROSPECT, I SHOULD HAVE CONTINUED TO NEXT TURNING POINT AND TAKEN A NOISE VIOLATION.
