Narrative:

We were taxiing for runway 17 while we were doing our before takeoff checklist. There were 2 hold lines for runway 17. The one closest to the runway had been painted over while the new one was further from the runway. I taxied past the new hold line to the old one. There was no conflict. The old hold line needed to be painted over a little better. I also believe doing a checklist while taxiing may have distracted us.

Title: TAXI BEYOND HOLD LINE.

Narrative: WE WERE TAXIING FOR RWY 17 WHILE WE WERE DOING OUR BEFORE TKOF CHKLIST. THERE WERE 2 HOLD LINES FOR RWY 17. THE ONE CLOSEST TO THE RWY HAD BEEN PAINTED OVER WHILE THE NEW ONE WAS FURTHER FROM THE RWY. I TAXIED PAST THE NEW HOLD LINE TO THE OLD ONE. THERE WAS NO CONFLICT. THE OLD HOLD LINE NEEDED TO BE PAINTED OVER A LITTLE BETTER. I ALSO BELIEVE DOING A CHKLIST WHILE TAXIING MAY HAVE DISTRACTED US.
