Narrative:
I was in command of an medium large transport X from san jose to phoenix. We were on a radar vector of 075 degree at FL210 going through R2508 to intercept J-92 south of coaldale. Oakland center told me a group of fighters had a block from FL220 to FL250 for refueling. 7 of the 8 fighters went above us and the last fgt Y went below us in roughly the opposite direction. The eighth fgt Y was close enough that I heard it go by.

Title: MLG ON VECTOR TO J92 WAS GIVEN FGT REFUELING TRAFFIC ADVISORY. SAW ONE FGT PASS CLOSE PROX BELOW ALT BLOCK.
Narrative: I WAS IN COMMAND OF AN MLG X FROM SAN JOSE TO PHOENIX. WE WERE ON A RADAR VECTOR OF 075 DEG AT FL210 GOING THROUGH R2508 TO INTERCEPT J-92 S OF COALDALE.
