Narrative:
We departed dfw eastbound at 4000'. Departure control limits us propellers to 4000' all the time and `drives' us under the TCA limits. Against far's and very unsafe. Today they did it again and I decided to write it up. At 32 NM on D/fw 082 degree rad we got the clearance to 8000'. We were at 4000' for all that time!!! Beyond 7 NM on the 082 degree dfw we were below TCA limits. Very unsafe!!!
