Narrative:

On ground we had a cabin attendant pr 2 fault during setup. Maintenance reset the fault and we were on our way. While at cruise FL380 the cabin attendant pr 2 faulted again. A few minutes later cabin attendant pr 1 faulted and we followed the ECAM to descend immediately. While putting on the oxygen mask there were a pair of reading glasses stuck inside my mask; which I didn't figure out until about 5 minutes into the process. Then the O2 mask fogged up and I had to clear the mask. These two events definitely made the process a little more involved. The cabin never went above 8000 ft and the passenger masks never dropped. We took off our masks at 10k ft. Captain coordinated with dispatch; flight attendant's; and operations. I worked with ATC mostly. I felt as if it was just like training (calm; not rushed-just do the right thing) and we were both in the loop as to what the other pilot was doing and it became uneventful because of that.
