Narrative:
I was working D33 when a BE99 reported a near midair collision and asked if there was any other traffic in the area. I reported the incident to my supervisor. Recommendation; get more radar sites in the aberdeen; sd area. Will dramatically improve radar coverage.

Title: ZMP Controllers describe a NMAC reported by an aircraft being provided service; both controllers recommend additional RADAR sites be provided in the subject area.
