An air carrier flight crew's deviation from the holding track was detected on controller's radar surveillance. The flight crew had already corrected for wind drift, but made additional corrections after ARTCC radar controller intervention.

Narrative:
Cleared to terri intersection and hold south, right turns. Entered on direct entry and holding approximately 5 degree left correction. On outbound leg flew approximately 10 degree right correction. On inbound leg, center advised we tracked approximately 3 NM east of radial. We made additional corrections on next pattern. No other aircraft in our area.
