Narrative:

Air carrier X said he received a TCAS alert and asked for traffic. At that point I saw aircraft Y approaching air carrier X at FL372 and about 5 miles. I immediately turned aircraft Y to the right. Air carrier X did not respond to any TCAS RA's. The closest the 2 airplanes got was 5.36 miles and 300 ft. Workload was complex; we had a trl lander cutting through all the departures. Conflict alert did not go off on the scope. Uret (user request evaluation tool) was not showing conflict. Recommendation; reset parameters of conflict alert. Uret tends to not show conflicts when you only have the hand off on one of the two airplanes.
