Narrative:
Had air carrier X at FL330 eastbound. Hand off of air carrier X to second yy and shipped to second yy. Air carrier X never was going to enter second yy airspace. Second yy never initiates hand-off to second zz in which air carrier X would go through. Air carrier X traversed second zz without a hand-off or point out.

Title: ZAB Controller described operational deviation when they failed to insure proper point outs were accomplished to adjacent sectors.
Narrative: Had ACR X at FL330 eastbound. Hand off of ACR X to SEC YY and shipped to SEC YY. ACR X never was going to enter SEC YY airspace. SEC YY never initiates hand-off to SEC ZZ in which ACR X would go through. ACR X traversed SEC ZZ without a hand-off or point out.
