Narrative:

While on a cross-country flight; one of the landings was at sgt. As I approached; a twin engine announced a departure from runway 18 on CTAF 122.8. I answered with my position and intent to land. The twin pilot responded with his intentions for departure. I proceeded to enter the pattern; announcing each leg and landing to a full stop on runway 18. Departing the runway; I decided not to get fuel for my return and immediately taxied back to the end of runway 18 on the taxiway. I visually checked for traffic approaching and down the runway; announced my departure on 122.8 and began my takeoff. Acceleration down the runway went normally until I approached rotation speed. At that point I noticed a low wing monoplane crop duster approaching runway 18 at approximately midway via the taxiway. He did not appear to stop at the runway approach area boundary but taxied directly onto runway 18; appearing to turn for takeoff. At this point he was approximately 1000 ft directly in front of me. I immediately rotated at 50 KTS; became airborne and turned right off the runway. I flew parallel to runway 18 at approximately 50 ft altitude and 100 to 150 ft to the right of the runway centerline until past the crop duster; who was still on the runway. My airspeed was about 55 KTS at this point. I let my airspeed increase to 70 KTS for a normal climbout while keeping an eye on the crop duster's intentions. The crop duster taxied back off the runway in the same direction of entry. He did not make any radio announcements either before or after the incursion. His lack of communication was a major factor in the incident. I climbed to pattern altitude normally and decided to leave the pattern for my destination. I announced my intentions on 122.8 and departed the pattern. No communications were received before; during or after the incident.
