Narrative:
Flying ZZZ1 to ZZZ noted center pneumatic was indicating 35-40 pounds. Should not show more than 5 pounds if anything. Entered in logbook. At ZZZ contract maintenance; requiring phone support from company maintenance. I troubleshot issue with company maintenance and contract mechanic. Company maintenance determined high pressure valve right pack leaking. Item placarded. Departing ZZZ at 6;000 ft; I noticed center pneumatic duct was showing 60 pounds then I got a 'tail compartment temperature high' light with master warning. We accomplished immediate action items; checked overweight landing information; circled overhead airport for about 15 minutes to burn down fuel and landed overweight; 136;000 pounds. Arff requested for emergency landing. Maximum is 130;000 pounds. Landing normal; rollout normal; taxi to gate normal. Brake temperature normal.
