Narrative:

Climb out of ZZZ1 received (right 14TH duct) message. Company procedures were followed. Level off at 12000 ft and 250 KTS coordination with departure. Affected right engine reduced to idle and returned to ZZZ1. Coordination with center and approach. Declared emergency with 1 available engine and in and out of icing conditions. 15 mins of helpful vectors joined ILS runway 8L with a slow descent to maintain 180 KT airspeed and capture GS. 1 engine within limits began to 'vibrate,' possibly due to ice ingestion on descent of GS to runway 8L. Luckily, did not have to increase power and landed without incident with emergency vehicles standing by.
