Narrative:

Ramp supervisor reported to flight crew of a fuel leak from the right wing. Captain and first officer observed a fuel leak coming from the fuel servicing panel area. Passenger boarding was stopped before it began. Maintenance; dispatch; and operations were notified as well as a logbook entry made. Maintenance witnessed fueler re-seat the fueling cap and fuel leak stop. Logbook was signed off. Fuel on the ramp was cleaned up. Boarding was started and flight departed without further incident.
