Narrative:

In february 2009; accomplished fan lube on #1 engine with technicians. Was contacted by day shift supervisor that the fan blades had been installed incorrectly. The task card for that step can be confusing. Supplemental information from acn 824812: aircraft had an engine vibration after february 2009 fan lube. Hangar line graveyard mechanics worked aircraft #1 engine vibration discrepancy later in the week. These mechanics reported to me that the blades were installed incorrectly.
