Narrative:

I observed a light tracking similar to a satellite through my forward windshield. I pointed it out to the other 2 crewmembers. Then, observed random light on and off, duration 3/4-1 1/3 seconds on. Time off varied 2-12 seconds. Approximately 8 flashes per min. Total sighting 7-8 mins. As it started flashing it appeared to take on characteristics of an aircraft. No silhouette observed. Appeared to fly down to and in front of our aircraft from right to center of our flight course. Estimated FL600 to 10000, speed M2-M5. It was either: 1) a high altitude stealth aircraft out of ours or a russian based in cuba, 2) a satellite, 3) flying saucer from outerspace (but I don't believe in them), or 4) NASA, norad, cia military intelligence.

ESTIMATED FL600 TO 10000, SPD M2-M5. IT WAS EITHER: 1) A HIGH ALT STEALTH ACFT OUT OF OURS OR A RUSSIAN BASED IN CUBA, 2) A SATELLITE, 3) FLYING SAUCER FROM OUTERSPACE (BUT I DON'T BELIEVE IN THEM), OR 4) NASA, NORAD, CIA MIL INTELLIGENCE.
