Narrative:

It has been more than 5 yrs of being forced; due to lack of manpower; to fly the monthly time caps at my air carrier. My lines are built to 88.5 hours every month with no chance of trading or dropping a trip and I am just mentally and physically fatigued. Like every other month; november was no different. I was scheduled to work 9 of the last 10 days of the month with huge changes in arrival and departure times. On nov/xa/08 I landed at XA20 from ZZZZ an all-night 10 hour 19 mins flight. On nov/xb/08 I was scheduled a XA30 am show for a 2 day trip. How can someone recover in time to fly a schedule like this. My lines are built like this on a regular basis and have taken a toll on me. I can't sustain this much longer.
