Narrative:

While tuning and identing the ILS runway 19C iad; I noticed the ILS information box dots and dashes on the airport approach plate did not match the letter identifier shown above those dots and dashes. The morse code identifier broadcast on the ILS frequency did match the letter identifier in the ILS information box for runway 19C but the dots and dashes listed in the same box seem to match the identifier indicated letters for runway 19L iad. I contacted the duty manager after parking at the gate after landing to report this mistake in the mid november commercial chart revision for this runway. Checking the NOTAMS for iad tonight; I did not see any NOTAM warning of this commercial approach plate mistake.

Title: A B737 PILOT DISCOVERED THAT THE MORSE CODE IDENTIFIER FOR THE IAD ILS/LOC 19C IS INCORRECT. THE CORRECT ILS IDENTIFIER IS IDLX BUT THE MORSE CODE IS ISGC; THE ILS 19L IDENTIFIER.

Narrative: WHILE TUNING AND IDENTING THE ILS RWY 19C IAD; I NOTICED THE ILS INFO BOX DOTS AND DASHES ON THE ARPT APCH PLATE DID NOT MATCH THE LETTER IDENTIFIER SHOWN ABOVE THOSE DOTS AND DASHES. THE MORSE CODE IDENTIFIER BROADCAST ON THE ILS FREQ DID MATCH THE LETTER IDENTIFIER IN THE ILS INFO BOX FOR RWY 19C BUT THE DOTS AND DASHES LISTED IN THE SAME BOX SEEM TO MATCH THE IDENTIFIER INDICATED LETTERS FOR RWY 19L IAD. I CONTACTED THE DUTY MGR AFTER PARKING AT THE GATE AFTER LNDG TO RPT THIS MISTAKE IN THE MID NOVEMBER COMMERCIAL CHART REVISION FOR THIS RWY. CHKING THE NOTAMS FOR IAD TONIGHT; I DID NOT SEE ANY NOTAM WARNING OF THIS COMMERCIAL APCH PLATE MISTAKE.
