Narrative:

I get a call from crew probably 1 hour after pushback telling me they are close to their minimum fuel for takeoff and to see if they could reduce minimum fuel for takeoff. I asked the crew what was their fuel on board; and it was less than what they should have had. I then proceeded to ask what does their release show for minimum fuel for takeoff and it was completely different than what I had. ZZZ was experiencing major taxi delays and I decided to bump the taxi fuel up. Then amended the release and called ZZZ to tell them to uplift fuel and print new paperwork out. The gentleman said no problem; he would take care of this. Somebody needs to get this worked out or put me in charge to do this because this is not taken seriously by ZZZ. In the past 6 months; I can tell you that I have called there to tell them to put more fuel on because I had to add an altitude and they said no problem. I called the flight in the air to verify; and they did not get the fuel required. This is completely unacceptable and puts our passenger at risk because ZZZ uses their excuse that they are too busy or that they are too damned lazy. And to add to this there are little outstations that the operations agent has to go out to help the ramp and there are last min WX changes that I need to talk to them about and once again I cannot speak with the crew.

Title: AFTER EXTENDED TAXI CRJ FLIGHT CREW CONTACTS DISPATCHER TO REDUCE MIN TAKEOFF FUEL; ONLY TO FIND OUT THEY HAVE PUSHED BACK WITH THE WRONG FOB TO BEGIN WITH. DISPATCHER CONTACTED THE STATION TO UPLOAD MORE FUEL; BUT THE STATION NEGLECTED TO RELAY THE MESSAGE.

IN THE PAST 6 MONTHS; I CAN TELL YOU THAT I HAVE CALLED THERE TO TELL THEM TO PUT MORE FUEL ON BECAUSE I HAD TO ADD AN ALT AND THEY SAID NO PROB. I CALLED THE FLT IN THE AIR TO VERIFY; AND THEY DID NOT GET THE FUEL REQUIRED. THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE AND PUTS OUR PAX AT RISK BECAUSE ZZZ USES THEIR EXCUSE THAT THEY ARE TOO BUSY OR THAT THEY ARE TOO DAMNED LAZY. AND TO ADD TO THIS THERE ARE LITTLE OUTSTATIONS THAT THE OPS AGENT HAS TO GO OUT TO HELP THE RAMP AND THERE ARE LAST MIN WX CHANGES THAT I NEED TO TALK TO THEM ABOUT AND ONCE AGAIN I CANNOT SPEAK WITH THE CREW.
