Narrative:
Attached is the history for a discrepancy. A mechanic discovered the r-hand forward egress emergency light inoperative. Upon inspection and troubleshooting; I unfortunately found the problem. Upon correcting the discrepancies it was also found that wire 3352-4b20 was not connected to 3352-E35 and that the original discrepancy of 2 forward emergency escape path lights was due to a bad battery base. A temporary wire was run from emergency light battery 3351-PS2 to splice 3352-E35. The original wire from pin 6 on 3351-P2 had been removed and was hanging to the side with the pin still attached (not capped and stowed). By doing this; the r-hand forward emergency egress was disabled. The original discrepancy was solved; but the incorrect battery was used to power the 2 forward emergency lights.

Narrative: ATTACHED IS THE HISTORY FOR A DISCREPANCY. A MECH DISCOVERED THE R-HAND FORWARD EGRESS EMER LIGHT INOP. UPON INSPECTION AND TROUBLESHOOTING; I UNFORTUNATELY FOUND THE PROB. UPON CORRECTING THE DISCREPANCIES IT WAS ALSO FOUND THAT WIRE 3352-4B20 WAS NOT CONNECTED TO 3352-E35 AND THAT THE ORIGINAL DISCREPANCY OF 2 FORWARD EMER ESCAPE PATH LIGHTS WAS DUE TO A BAD BATTERY BASE. A TEMPORARY WIRE WAS RUN FROM EMER LIGHT BATTERY 3351-PS2 TO SPLICE 3352-E35. THE ORIGINAL WIRE FROM PIN 6 ON 3351-P2 HAD BEEN REMOVED AND WAS HANGING TO THE SIDE WITH THE PIN STILL ATTACHED (NOT CAPPED AND STOWED). BY DOING THIS; THE R-HAND FORWARD EMER EGRESS WAS DISABLED. THE ORIGINAL DISCREPANCY WAS SOLVED; BUT THE INCORRECT BATTERY WAS USED TO PWR THE 2 FORWARD EMER LIGHTS.
