Narrative:

BE90; was sebound through my sector at FL210. F900; was departing an atl satellite airport headed wbound. I climbed 900 ft to FL200 and put in an interim data block of FL200. Aircraft read back climbing to FL230 and was missed. Didn't recognize the confliction until it was already occurring.

Title: ZTL CONTROLLER EXPERIENCED OPERATIONAL ERROR AT FL200 WHEN FAILING TO RECOGNIZED A DEVELOPING LOSS OF SEPARATION FOLLOWING AN INCORRECT READBACK OF ASSIGNED ALTITUDE.
