Narrative:

During cruise at FL380 received an ECAM warning for hydraulic generator reservoir low level; immediately followed by a hydraulic generator engine 1 pump low pressure; and finally a hydraulic generator system low pressure. ECAM actions were followed and completed; along with QRH and ECAM reference handbook. Communicated with maintenance; flight attendants; and dispatch and agreed to continue to destination. When in range; communicated with operations and relayed the planned runway. An emergency was declared with center and requested that emergency equipment be standing by. After an uneventful landing and inspection by crash fire rescue equipment; we were towed to the gate. Upon arrival at the gate; it was determined that there was a green hydraulic system leak from somewhere in the #1 engine housing.
