Narrative:
Meant to issue 17000 ft to aircraft X. I issued 16000 ft inadvertently. I put 17000 ft in the data block. Had crossing traffic aircraft Y at 16000 ft. Aircraft got within 3 mi and 300 ft of each other.

Narrative: MEANT TO ISSUE 17000 FT TO ACFT X. I ISSUED 16000 FT INADVERTENTLY. I PUT 17000 FT IN THE DATA BLOCK. HAD XING TFC ACFT Y AT 16000 FT. ACFT GOT WITHIN 3 MI AND 300 FT OF EACH OTHER.
