Narrative:

On power-up for takeoff; #4 engine hiccupped causing the airplane to swerve hard to the right. PF elected to abort the takeoff; and tower was advised. The aircraft exited the runway off the right side into the grass. PF steered the aircraft between the runway edge lights exiting and re-entering the runway with no damage to aircraft or edge lights. Taxied back to apron and found the #4 fuel selector valve was faulty.
