Narrative:

We encountered turbulence at around XA25. The arrival service was scheduled at around XA40 (landing at approximately XC15-XC20) but was very disruptive; as we were instructed to be seated many times. While we were instructed to be seated; the flight deck called for a crew change; coffee; and food -- even though we were still going through rough air. I have refused to give them coffee but have to comply to their request for bathroom break. I had to situation in 12B (vacant seat) while waiting for them to use the facilities because the turbulence was getting worse. We had to rush through the service. No hot drinks were offered as we were still going through turbulence. The flight deck crew were quickly given their meals and coffee as per requested. While we were picking up the trays; the flight deck crew suddenly made an announcement to prepare for landing. We cleared and secured the cabin and galley as much and as fast as we could. I did not have time to doublechk if the galley was totally secured for landing. We landed at XC00 20 mins ahead of time without any warning. Many of my cart doors were not properly latched but the 'quarter turns' were.
