Narrative:

Filed dudes 9 fmg J32 bam J154. Clearance dudes 9 llc as filed. I was distracted during preflight handling a maintenance log book write up. First officer's leg. Finished with maintenance at pushback time. Accomplished normal checklist but missed the change from filed to clearance. I specifically remember looking at the pre departure clearance hurriedly; but remember seeing llc but it didn't register as a change. I think because I saw llc on the legs page. Accomplished normal takeoff. Shortly after turning to join the 192 right inbound to fmg; from dudes; we were queried by oak center if we were going to the fmg or llc transition. We responded fmg. They stated our clearance was the llc transition and cleared us direct llc. To my knowledge; there was no traffic conflict.

Title: ACR FLT CREW MISSES PDC REVISED ROUTING AND FLIES DUDES9 TOWARD FMG INSTEAD OF LLC AS CLEARED.

Narrative: FILED DUDES 9 FMG J32 BAM J154. CLRNC DUDES 9 LLC AS FILED. I WAS DISTRACTED DURING PREFLT HANDLING A MAINT LOG BOOK WRITE UP. FO'S LEG. FINISHED WITH MAINT AT PUSHBACK TIME. ACCOMPLISHED NORMAL CHKLIST BUT MISSED THE CHANGE FROM FILED TO CLRNC. I SPECIFICALLY REMEMBER LOOKING AT THE PDC HURRIEDLY; BUT REMEMBER SEEING LLC BUT IT DIDN'T REGISTER AS A CHANGE. I THINK BECAUSE I SAW LLC ON THE LEGS PAGE. ACCOMPLISHED NORMAL TKOF. SHORTLY AFTER TURNING TO JOIN THE 192 R INBOUND TO FMG; FROM DUDES; WE WERE QUERIED BY OAK CTR IF WE WERE GOING TO THE FMG OR LLC TRANSITION. WE RESPONDED FMG. THEY STATED OUR CLRNC WAS THE LLC TRANSITION AND CLRED US DIRECT LLC. TO MY KNOWLEDGE; THERE WAS NO TFC CONFLICT.
