Took off from ZZZZ and unable to retract landing gear. Requested and entered holding to troubleshoot and followed company procedures. Gear remained down and locked. No need to dump fuel. Captain requested ground assistance to standby. Received radar vectors to final for ILS approach. I made an uneventful landing. No further problems noted. Turned over aircraft to maintenance. Supplemental information from acn 762278: gear handle could not be moved to the up position.
