Narrative:

Climbing out of ZZZ we got a right hydraulic psi low annunciator light. Hydraulic psi on the right side was zero. We ran through the checklist and decided to go back to ZZZ. We did not declare an emergency; but did have crash fire rescue equipment waiting in case the auxiliary pump failed. There was some confusion on the runway assignment. We wanted xx and they had us on xy. We asked them if we could sidestep; and they let us. Landing was uneventful. Upon taxiing in to the gate; we were informed a first class passenger was having heart problems. We advised the company and pulled in to the gate. The paramedics arrived shortly after.
