Narrative:

We completed our flight from ZZZ2 to ZZZ3 and on the post-flight the ground crew in ZZZ3 brought to our attention that we had 44 bags in the rear cargo compartment. These bags were from our leg from ZZZ1 to ZZZ2 and were not off-loaded in ZZZ2. There was 43 standard and 1 heavy bag. Our load report for the flight from ZZZ2 did not indicate any bags loaded in the rear cargo; only 56 standard and 3 heavy in forward cargo. This gave us an unknown imbal of 1350 pounds to the rear. Fortunately; no adverse flight characteristics were experienced and the flight was completed safely. I believe more supervision is needed for the air carrier ground crew in ZZZ2.

Title: AN EMB170 FLEW WITH 1350 LBS OF UNDOCUMENTED REAR CARGO PIT BAGGAGE AFTER RAMP PERSONNEL FAILED TO REMOVE THEM ON A PREVIOUS FLT.

Narrative: WE COMPLETED OUR FLT FROM ZZZ2 TO ZZZ3 AND ON THE POST-FLT THE GND CREW IN ZZZ3 BROUGHT TO OUR ATTN THAT WE HAD 44 BAGS IN THE REAR CARGO COMPARTMENT. THESE BAGS WERE FROM OUR LEG FROM ZZZ1 TO ZZZ2 AND WERE NOT OFF-LOADED IN ZZZ2. THERE WAS 43 STANDARD AND 1 HVY BAG. OUR LOAD RPT FOR THE FLT FROM ZZZ2 DID NOT INDICATE ANY BAGS LOADED IN THE REAR CARGO; ONLY 56 STANDARD AND 3 HVY IN FORWARD CARGO. THIS GAVE US AN UNKNOWN IMBAL OF 1350 LBS TO THE REAR. FORTUNATELY; NO ADVERSE FLT CHARACTERISTICS WERE EXPERIENCED AND THE FLT WAS COMPLETED SAFELY. I BELIEVE MORE SUPERVISION IS NEEDED FOR THE ACR GND CREW IN ZZZ2.
