Narrative:

I was informed that I may have not installed an axle washer on the left nosewheel assembly I changed. I believe the washer was installed and there were no problems with the tire installation. I did not have any extra parts upon the completion of the task at hand. I checked the off tire assembly and it did not have the old washer stuck to it. This aircraft flew many flight legs without any pilot discrepancies pertaining to nosewheel grinding or shimmy.
