Narrative:

Once at cruise altitude I left the cockpit for the first break. After completion of the break the captain briefed me that the center hydraulic system had lost all the fluid. Captain had contacted the dispatcher and talked with maintenance control about the problem and elected to continue the flight to ZZZZ and declare an emergency with ZZZZ approach.

Narrative: ONCE AT CRUISE ALT I LEFT THE COCKPIT FOR THE FIRST BREAK. AFTER COMPLETION OF THE BREAK THE CAPT BRIEFED ME THAT THE CTR HYD SYS HAD LOST ALL THE FLUID.
