Narrative:

Received ACARS message from load planning at XA47Z stating 'just sent 'nu' weights; ramp re-arranged a couple pits.' message was apparently sent at XA39Z. This was while we were rolling for takeoff. Rotation was rather slow at first and first officer indicated stick force was very heavy. Apparently our trim versus center of gravity was incorrect due to cargo and bags being moved after final numbers were sent by ramp.

Title: LATE DELIVERY OF REVISED WEIGHT DISTRIBUTION RESULTS IN IMPROPER PITCH TRIM ON TKOF FOR A320.

Narrative: RECEIVED ACARS MESSAGE FROM LOAD PLANNING AT XA47Z STATING 'JUST SENT 'NU' WTS; RAMP RE-ARRANGED A COUPLE PITS.' MESSAGE WAS APPARENTLY SENT AT XA39Z. THIS WAS WHILE WE WERE ROLLING FOR TKOF. ROTATION WAS RATHER SLOW AT FIRST AND FO INDICATED STICK FORCE WAS VERY HVY. APPARENTLY OUR TRIM VERSUS CTR OF GRAVITY WAS INCORRECT DUE TO CARGO AND BAGS BEING MOVED AFTER FINAL NUMBERS WERE SENT BY RAMP.
