Narrative:

Observed aircraft crossing runway centerline at end of runway during takeoff. Rejected takeoff and taxied clear of runway. The aircraft was in fact on taxiway J past the end of the runway. I was not able to verify that the aircraft was not crossing our runway due to low light conditions (early morning and overcast with runway lights on). I elected to reject the takeoff. Tower could advise that an aircraft is crossing on taxiway J when issuing takeoff clearance. The aircraft in question was a large airbus and looked closer than he actually was.
