Narrative:

On approach to ord at OM; put gear down and selected flaps 10 degrees. Amber leading edge transit light remained on and #1 slat indicated amber on overhead panel. Executed go around and coordination with maintenance and dispatch and decided to land flaps 15 degrees per flight manual. On approach to runway 27L with gear down selected flaps 15 degrees and got green light on forward panel and overhead panel. Decided to just land with flaps 30 degrees. After landing cycled flaps and never got problem to return.
