Narrative:

We were flying our flight as per our pre departure clearance that read 'cleared as filed' ..pdz ocn V597 mzb. ATC said 'I show you off the airway; please turn to heading XXX.' at the bottom of the clearance; in another section below the asterisks; there was a clearance that read; pdz V186 V66 mzb. ATC apparently thought that was what we were flying. Obviously we were not; because we were cleared 'as filed' with our original filed clearance repeated. If ATC wants us to fly a different clearance; then don't give us a pre departure clearance that says cleared as filed.

AT THE BOTTOM OF THE CLRNC; IN ANOTHER SECTION BELOW THE ASTERISKS; THERE WAS A CLRNC THAT READ; PDZ V186 V66 MZB. ATC APPARENTLY THOUGHT THAT WAS WHAT WE WERE FLYING. OBVIOUSLY WE WERE NOT; BECAUSE WE WERE CLRED 'AS FILED' WITH OUR ORIGINAL FILED CLRNC REPEATED. IF ATC WANTS US TO FLY A DIFFERENT CLRNC; THEN DON'T GIVE US A PDC THAT SAYS CLRED AS FILED.
