Narrative:

The airplane was climbing out of 41000 ft when we hit light turbulence, we were also deviating around WX in the area. About 5 seconds into the turbulence the left engine flamed out. We requested a lower altitude, and a course reversal to stay out of WX ahead and in order to air restart the left engine, and our request was granted by ATC, and the engine restarted at FL240. We then turned and climbed on course, and the rest of the flight was completed.
