Narrative:

Flight from bgr to eddp. During climb out; failed to set altimeters to 29.92 at transition altitude. Continued across atlantic on the organized track system. London reported our mode C was reporting our altitude as FL338. We noticed we failed to set altimeters (they were still set 30.06; bgr). We reset altimeters and resumed flight at FL340.
