Title: AN A320 HAD AN INCORRECT OXYGEN BOTTLE INSTALLED BY A CONTRACT TECHNICIAN. PART WAS ORDERED BY THE CARRIER'S MAINT CTLR. LCL CARRIER AGENTS DISPATCHED ACFT WITH NO TECHNICIAN SIGNOFF AND NO LOGBOOK RPT.
