Narrative:

Improper test equipment air carrier X paperwork referencing part #X, which xrefs to air carrier Y part Y. We do not have part Y at ZZZ. I used universal copy recorder to accomplish boeing card #31-010-00-03. After the completion of the environment printout report download, I gave the job card to supervisor for proper routing. Action taken: supervisor and avionics have been made aware of this discrepancy. Contributing factors: ZZZ did not have the air carrier X designated equipment.

Narrative: IMPROPER TEST EQUIP ACR X PAPERWORK REFING PART #X, WHICH XREFS TO ACR Y PART Y. WE DO NOT HAVE PART Y AT ZZZ. I USED UNIVERSAL COPY RECORDER TO ACCOMPLISH BOEING CARD #31-010-00-03. AFTER THE COMPLETION OF THE ENVIRONMENT PRINTOUT RPT DOWNLOAD, I GAVE THE JOB CARD TO SUPVR FOR PROPER ROUTING. ACTION TAKEN: SUPVR AND AVIONICS HAVE BEEN MADE AWARE OF THIS DISCREPANCY.
