Narrative: JUMPSEAT RIDER ASKED PERMISSION TO TAKE A PICTURE OVER GREENLAND; GRANTED. DID NOT ASK TO USE CAMERA DURING APCH AND LNDG. PORTABLE ELECTRIC DEVICE SHOULD HAVE BEEN SHUT OFF. NOT APPROPRIATE FOR USE BELOW 10000 FT. INFORMED AFTER BLOCK-IN THAT HE HAD BEEN TAPING DURING APCH AND LNDG. PERHAPS SHOULD ADD IT TO BRIEFING CARD.
