Narrative:

While en route approximately 1 hour 40 mins from block-out; flight attendants called from rear of aircraft reporting that they both had been feeling sleepy and dizzy since takeoff. (Later report of headache and some nausea in one case.) instructed them to get on oxygen and discontinue activities. A flight attendant reported no symptoms. ACARS dispatch who linked us with medical who advised to continue to pdx. Paramedics did not meet flight; but agent summoned them. Were met by back-up and helper flight attendants. Paramedics arrived shortly. Only unusual factors were the use of jetway air conditioning during most of the normal turn time and used APU for air during taxi. Left APU running for rear compartment cooling until 10000 ft (SOP for high temperature). Maintenance looked for unusual factors on aircraft and found nothing to write up.
