Narrative:

I could not find a task card for the CSD and generator change and neither could my lead technician. Technician #2 and I used the maintenance manual reference for both the CSD and the generator change. CSD 24-10-01 page 401; generator 24-20-01 page 401. The manual did not state that we needed to change the CSD oil cooler as well. I found out on jun/xa/06 that there was a task card to change the CSD and the generator available and stated that the CSD oil cooler needed to be changed too.
