Narrative:

Air carrier X was northbound on A300. He needed to deviate for WX about 20 mi west of course. He ended up 200 mi west of course; no one had control of the aircraft. No one knew he was missing because in atops there is no sector awareness. When everyone realized who he was and what he was doing; he was in the middle of an active warning area. No harm; no foul; he landed safely as always. We are always left picking up the pieces of a system that does not work properly.
