Narrative:

Aircraft X checked on frequency and I told him to climb and maintain 16000 ft. He read back 17000 ft. I had aircraft Y inbound to cincinnati descending to 17000 ft. I did not hear the erroneous readback. Standard separation was lost as aircraft X passed behind aircraft Y there was d-side training going on; they were training instead of listening to the frequency and did not hear the bad readback either.
