Narrative:

After crossing cyril on deans arrival with autoplt on and in FMS mode; aircraft turned to heading of 310 degrees for ILS runway 7. Arrs on approach plates for specific runways are not depicted well as to what fixes to fly for specific runways. The captain verified and requested what to do next and asked if 310 degree heading was ok. Controller said ok. Conflicts arose and controller was ok with what we had done with the vectors. Only thing I would suggest is make commercial plates more clear after cyril what fixes to follow for specific runways.
