Narrative:
There was 1 helium bottle installed on our 3 bottle nitrogen cart. All bottles were same size and color; and were installed on cart labels are not always visible. So I may have or may have not svced the nose tire with helium. I did not install or remove bottle from the cart. We have 2 more nitrogen carts at ZZZ and do not know what cart I used. Check that bottles are marked 'nitrogen.' helium bottle should not have been delivered here. We do not use it. Whoever supplies bottles does not have color code system.

Narrative: THERE WAS 1 HELIUM BOTTLE INSTALLED ON OUR 3 BOTTLE NITROGEN CART. ALL BOTTLES WERE SAME SIZE AND COLOR; AND WERE INSTALLED ON CART LABELS ARE NOT ALWAYS VISIBLE. SO I MAY HAVE OR MAY HAVE NOT SVCED THE NOSE TIRE WITH HELIUM. I DID NOT INSTALL OR REMOVE BOTTLE FROM THE CART. WE HAVE 2 MORE NITROGEN CARTS AT ZZZ AND DO NOT KNOW WHAT CART I USED. CHK THAT BOTTLES ARE MARKED 'NITROGEN.' HELIUM BOTTLE SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN DELIVERED HERE. WE DO NOT USE IT. WHOEVER SUPPLIES BOTTLES DOES NOT HAVE COLOR CODE SYS.
