Narrative:
Controller error. There was a small 2-4 seater aircraft put into position for takeoff just as I was over the fence. I executed a go around with the other aircraft climbing beneath me. I was told to bear to the left; but was cautioned that an aircraft at my altitude had just taken off from the parallel runway (runway 19L). The plane on my runway broke right from below me -- a close call. The plane on the parallel runway broke left -- a close call.
