Narrative:

I had gotten a call regarding an inbound write-up for a bird strike. I pulled up the appropriate documentation for the inspection which included the paperwork for the engine ingestion and facsimile'ed it. I had 2 engineering auths for fly-backs on other aircraft for 50 cycles and was waiting on calls to put maintenance notes on them. In the meantime; contract maintenance called and were done and needed to document the logbook. By mistake; due to call volume at my desk. I told him 50 cycle fly-back instead of 10 per the manual.
