Narrative:
The captain reported stabilizer setting of 5 units as grossly in error. He needed approximately 7.5 units to rotate. Load planning agent was advised and crew requested that load planning re-compute zero fuel weight and center of gravity. At XA00Z load planning still had not responded to the request. So I spoke to the supervisor on duty. I advocated on flight's behalf; and tried to impress on the supervisor and the planner of the safety implications. I suggested that ZZZ2 do a load audit. The supervisor agreed.
